Updates from Green Bay Meeting – 03/08/2016

Thanks to all who attended our meeting this past Tuesday. Happy 2nd year anniversary to our Green Bay group!

Our presenter was Dr Dan Koster from EoMed, who came to us from Vince Schamber from Wipfli. Dr Dan took us on a journey of the evolution of medicine from the early days with the DR-patient relationship at its core to today’s service model with employers, insurance companies and the government in the mix. While technology and medicine has advanced significantly, resulting in substantially better patient outcomes and longevity, DR-patient relations have dwindled. Dr Dan’s EoMED practice brings back old fashioned Dr-patient focus, being available 24/7 while delivering state of the art medicine utilizing today’s technology in a fee for service model. Very enlightening presentation!
