Well it’s summer in Wisconsin and I suspect a lot of deserving vacations and time off planned for many! We had a small group today, only 5 attendees including our newest member Matt Sullivan, owner of Express Employment Professionals. Our June meeting was a social held at Fox Harbor on the river in Green Bay with attendance of 20-25 members and many positive comments about the venue and event…thanks to all of you who could attend! We will likely do this event again.
Presentation today by Cindy Nelson-Singh of Anakh Leadership Coaching, LLC. Cindy expressed her passion for working with business leaders who want to help their organizations affect change and achieve higher levels of success. She does this using a specific set of tools directed toward helping the leader understand their own beliefs and how they may impact their influence and results they are trying to achieve within their organization. Cindy walked us through a brief exercise of identifying one of our core beliefs, identifying the current reality of that belief and drilling down into the consequences of the new reality. Cindy has found through experience that the best candidates for her coaching are the owner or business leaders who have ownership, are driven to succeed and recognize their limitations but are willing to change and grow for the benefit of their organizations.
